I’m Will Kim (Japan Guru on X). Born and raised in Kyoto, I began my career as a trader at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo before becoming a securities lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell. After a brief stint at a Japanese private equity firm, I moved into tech entrepreneurship and investing.
